ABOUT HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy interacts directly with the inner consciousness to find core issue causes of problems in a person's life. You can examine beliefs and thought processes that give rise to emotional, mental, physical and spiritual problems and make changes at the core level from which the outer manifestation originates. With changes to the inner level of consciousness, the outer projection changes.

You lose control when you are in a hypnotic state.
You will be asleep and will not remember anything when you wake up.
A Hypnotherapist can make you do anything.
Sometimes you may not come out of a trance.
You are actually in a very relaxed state and therefore you are more in control.
You will hear and remember everything.
A Hypnotherapist CANNOT make you do anything against your will or your morals, ethics and beliefs.
That NEVER happens. In fact most people wake up feeling more refreshed and energized.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS ?
Utilizing states of deep relaxation, the therapist assists in uncovering and exploring memories, emotions and past events which may affect a person's conscious mind. By activating your own inner resources, hypnotherapy can help you to heal numerous psychological and medical problems.
WHAT CAN HYPNOTHERAPY DO FOR ME ?
Besides healing psychological and medical problems, hypnotherapy can be used to teach you how to relax using post- hypnotic suggestions regardless of time, place or situation. You can replace negative messages in your subconscious mind with positive suggestions. Example : "I'll try" with "I CAN".
WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE ?
The experience is different for different people. For most people it is a pleasant state of deep inner calm and physical relaxation. Deep Hypnosis is similar in may ways to the kind of profound trance experienced by expert yoga and meditation practitioners.
