Was reflecting on  – Make me a Channel of your Peace – if we can spend a few moments grounding, balancing and harmonizing ourselves with these thoughts, it can create a ripple effect and change the collective consciousness – so here it is with minor changes to apply to self as well – I use it everyday …….

Make me a channel of love and peace (for self as well)
Where there is hurt and pain let me bring love (love for self as well)
Where there is injury only pardon (pardon for self as well)
And where there’s doubt true faith in self….
Make me a channel of love and peace
Where there’s despair in life let me bring hope (hope for self as well)
Where there is darkness, only bring in light  (light for self as well)
And where there’s sadness, only joy (joy for self as well)
Also grant that I may never seek
So much to be consoled as to console (console self as well)
To be understood as to understand (take time to understand self as well)
To be loved and to love with unconditional love (unconditionally love yourself)
Make me a channel of your peace
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned (pardon yourself as well)
In giving to all life forms that we receive (give to yourself as well)
And in doing that we live fully…………..
